The Oaks are always on the go - Doing Faith, Doing Fun, and Doing For Others. This group is made up of OBC's adults that are 60+. Praying, serving, and caring for one another - all while having fun are characteristics of the Oaks. Come and join them on one of their projects, events, or outings.
They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display
of his splendor. - Isaiah 61:3
Experiencing Faith Together
As we experience faith together - we want to love God, love each other, and serve Him in all our ways. We want to leave evidence that we studied God's word and then put into practice what He instructed us to do. The Oaks strive to live out their witness as they encourage and pray for others, and as they fellowship and enjoy new experiences. May God be glorified in all that we do.

November 14-16
Christmas in Branson
- 7:45 AM - Depart OBC
Everyone is invited to experience Christmas in Branson. For 3 days and 2 nights we see all that Branson has to offer as we are put into the mood of Christmas. Contact Chris Moore for all of the details.
November 22
OPS Family Feast
- 10:30 AM - Oakdale School Cafeteria
Each year we help serve a full Thanksgiving meal to all the Oakdale Public School kids and their families. Come and help serve our community.
November 25
College Boxes
- 11:00 AM - The Commons
It is time to assemble and pack boxes to send to all of our college kids. All hands on deck as we fill the boxes with goodies, treats, love, encouragement, and prayers.
December 09
Christmas Lights
- 2:00 PM - Leave OBC
This year we are going to venture out and see some Christmas lights in Eastern Oklahoma. We will enjoy dinner on the road and see two different light displays.
December 15
Carol Sing
- 5:00 PM - The Commons
Chris Moore will lead us in singing songs that celebrate our Savior’s birth. This will be like our past Hymn Sings but this time with Christmas Carols. Come and add your voice in praise.

Noon Year's Eve Party

There WILL be a countdown to 12:00 - but it will be 12:00 PM (not AM). Join us as we gather together for food & fun, and also as we thank God for his blessings in 2024 and dedicate ourselves to His service in 2025.
